25 March 2014 Last updated at 12:43 GMT

Criminal gangs are believed to be responsible for a series of boat and engine thefts in Essex and Suffolk.

Last year in Essex alone items valued at nearly half a million pounds were stolen.

It is believed that many of the engines end up abroad. One stolen from Aldeburgh in Suffolk was later traced to Lithuania.
