Cullompton baby girl airlifted to hospital

Police are investigating an incident involving a baby girl who has been airlifted to hospital.

Devon Air Ambulance flew the baby from Cullompton to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital at about 10:20 GMT.

Police confirmed that they were investigating an incident but said there was "no risk to the public".

Devon Air Ambulance said it was unable to give any more details about the incident due to "patient confidentiality".
