1 September 2013 Last updated at 17:12 BST

A boy who was involved in the rescue of a young girl from the sea in Cornwall has said he is taking the "heroic" act all in his stride.

Richie Payne, from Mousehole, was on the beach at the harbour when he spotted something was wrong.

The 11-year-old helped pull the unconscious girl out of the water before she was airlifted to hospital on Friday.

It is thought she had an epileptic seizure while swimming in the water.
