Robert Keogh wanted by Surrey Police for recall to prison
A man who failed to attend compulsory probation meetings in Surrey as part of the conditions of his release from prison is being sought by police.
Robert James Keogh, 36, was sentenced to five years in prison at Lewes Crown Court in 2006 for offences including theft and assault in Eastbourne.
He was released on licence last month, with an arrest warrant issued when he did not attend the Guildford meetings.
He has connections to Waltham Abbey in Essex, and Edmonton in north London.
He is described as white, 5ft 10in (1.77m) tall and slim, with brown hair and blue eyes.
