Two artists have created a sand sculpture of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their baby son, His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge
The 13ft (4m) tall artwork, which took four days to carve, was created by world sand sculpting champions Susanne Ruseler and Nicola Wood
Ms Wood, from Leicester, who is joint organiser of the Brighton and Weston sand sculpture festivals, said she was honoured to have been asked to create the piece.
"At the same time we were very nervous about depicting the most talked about family at the moment,” she added.
The sculpture is on display at West India Quay, near Canary Wharf in east London, where it is expected to remain until September.
