Bognor cannabis raid: Three men charged

Three men have been charged after a burglary in which a man was stabbed and cannabis plants were taken.

A 22-year-old man was stabbed in the hand after three men forced their way into a house in Bognor Regis, West Sussex on Friday afternoon.

Three men from London were arrested after their car crashed on the A29 in Ockley, Surrey following a pursuit by Sussex Police.

They have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and drugs offences.

One of the men has also been charged with dangerous driving.

All three are due to appear before magistrates in Brighton on Monday.

The stabbed man was taken to hospital for treatment and arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis at the house in Collyer Avenue.

He has been bailed until 25 April.
