Ram raids on cash machines: Two plead guilty

Two men have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to burgle in connection with an investigation into ram raids on cash machines in Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Hertfordshire.

Ebby Hall, 45, of White Post Road South, Newborough and Kevin Smith, 28 of Conniston Road, Gunthorpe appeared at Peterborough Crown Court earlier.

They were arrested last year after an investigation into 20 raids.

The pair will appear in court again on 11 April.

About 70 officers were involved in Operation Felix examining 16 incidents in Cambridgeshire, three in Lincolnshire and one in Hertfordshire
