East of England private ambulances 'get lost on call-outs'
Drivers of private ambulances used by the East of England Ambulance Trust have been getting lost during call-outs.
In some cases it has taken hours to get patients to hospital.
Up to one in 10 of the East of England ambulance drivers are hired in privately.
