A man killed in an industrial accident in Norfolk was a mechanic who became trapped in an agricultural vehicle he was working on, an inquest has heard.

Kevin Alderton was trapped between the back wheel and chassis at a business in Seething, near Loddon, on Friday.

The 34-year-old, of Horham, near Eye in Suffolk, suffered compressive chest injuries and died of traumatic asphyxia at the scene.

Norfolk Coroner William Armstrong adjourned the hearing.

Police and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are investigating Mr Alderton's death.
