Norfolk roads boss defends snow response
The highways maintenance manager for Norfolk County Council says traffic chaos wasn't their fault.
Nick Tupper explained why traffic in Norwich ground to a halt after heavy snow.
He said that gritting lorries were sometimes stuck in traffic but still managed to cover their "priority routes".
