Two men have been arrested after police uncovered 920 cannabis plants with a street value of £270,000 near Uckfield.

Sussex Police said officers followed a vehicle and ended up at a large warehouse on an industrial estate where they found the plants in containers.

The two men, one from Warninglid, West Sussex, and the other from Kent, have been bailed until March.

Det Sgt Julie Dow described the cannabis farm at Piltdown as a "large-scale" operation.
