Man charged after pig head found at Newbury mosque

A man has been charged with racially aggravated harassment after a pig's head was found outside a mosque in Berkshire.

The animal's head was discovered outside the mosque on Pound Street in Newbury on 23 October, Thames Valley Police said.

A 21-year-old man was charged with racially aggravated harassment and a public order offence.

He will appear at Reading Magistrates' Court on 19 December.
