Madagascar death: Tribute to son killed in rock fall

The mother of a 24-year-old marine biologist who died in an accident in Madagascar has paid tribute to her son.

Nick Paige, 24, from Codicote, near Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, and French marine biologist Stephanie Bollard, 26, died on 13 October at Andavadoaka when an overhanging rock collapsed as they sat round a camp fire.

His mother Suzanne Paige, who lives in Suffolk, said her son, a passionate conservationist, was "always there to help".
