Woman charged with Kevin Kennedy murder in Nottingham

A Leicester woman has been charged with murdering a man found dead on land in a Nottingham suburb.

Kevin Kennedy, 50, was found on land between Rossington Road and Burrows Court, in Sneinton, on 8 August.

Tara Swift, 40, of West Street in Leicester, will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Friday.

Peter Healy, 50, of Lord Nelson Street in Sneinton, was charged in August with murdering Mr Kennedy, causing actual bodily harm, and theft.

A post-mortem examination into the cause of Mr Kennedy's death proved inconclusive.
