Rural property 'more expensive' than urban in South East
Figures released by the National Housing Federation show that property in rural parts of south-east England is significantly more expensive than that in urban areas.
The average cost of a property in some rural areas has risen to more than 20 times the average wage, compared with 12 times in urban areas.
