Fly-tipping headache for councils across eastern region

Fly-tippers are continuing to pose problems for councils across the East of England.

New figures show that overall the number of incidents is down the improvement in the region lags behind that seen nationally with some areas, like Bedford and Luton, actually seeing an increase in fly-tipping.

Peterborough tops the table but the council disputes the figures.
