KFC oil 'was to be sold as fuel' by two Stourport men, court hears

Two men have appeared in court charged with stealing cooking oil from KFC restaurants to sell on to transport companies as bio oil.

Stuart Bradley and Matthew Walker, both from Stourport in Worcestershire, are accused of taking £33,000 worth of the oil from restaurants across England.

Mr Bradley, 38, from Mostyn Road and Mr Walker, 27, from The Dell, appeared before magistrates in Dudley.

They were bailed to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court in October.

The pair are each charged with conspiring to steal.
