Concern over hospital transport problems


Patients have complained after problems with a new transport booking system in Lincolnshire meant they have been forced to pay for taxis to get to hospital.

Barry Earnshaw, from AGE UK Lincoln, has called for compensation payouts but while Alastair Cooper, from NSL Care Services, has apologised, no commitment was given over payments.
