Eastern region's rail users' satisfaction declines

Help

A survey has revealed satisfaction with some of the eastern region's rail services has fallen.

Just 73% of passengers are happy with the main operator Greater Anglia - the lowest score of any operator in the country.

The survey comes as MPs prepare to launch a manifesto for rail improvements across the region.
