Passers-by help grandfather retrieve £1,000
A man who tripped up on his way back from withdrawing £1,000 in cash has been speaking of his relief to have most of the money returned.
Barry Eastwood, from Salford, said a gust of wind blew the money he had taken out to pay his car insurance into the street and he was not able to go after it.
He told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire that, much to his surprise, people helped him recover all the cash bar £20.
