First Great Western train gets Diamond Jubilee livery

Help

First Great Western (FGW) has coated one of its diesel locomotives in special livery to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

The new design was created by 10-year-old Katherine Dewar, from Chester.

She was chosen from 35,000 entries in a nationwide competition run by BBC children's programme Blue Peter.

The wrapped High Speed Train Power Car is in service across the FGW network.
