Passion play performed in Devizes on Good Friday
Hundreds of people gathered in Devizes, Wiltshire earlier to witness a Passion play in the town centre.
The tradition of acting out the Easter story dates back to medieval times.
The performance, by Devizes Partnership of Churches, was a modern version of the trial and crucifixion of Jesus in modern dress.
It began outside The Old Post Office and continued through the town, ending in the market place.
