Kent scientist's mobile crop unit 'to beat hunger'
A Kent scientist who has developed a mobile plant factory believes it could help to eliminate world hunger.
Alexander Bushell has developed his germination and seedling system at Sittingbourne's Kent Science Park.
It was originally designed to grow salad at army bases in war zones, but is now being used for humanitarian purposes.
