Double rapist Michal Tejkowski jailed for 18 years
A 27-year-old man who twice raped two women, aged 17 and 25, in Brighton and sexually assaulted a 67-year-old woman in Kent has been jailed for 18 years.
Michal Tejkowski, of Enterprise Road, Maidstone, in Kent, was found guilty at Lewes Crown Court of four counts of rape and one of sexual assault.
Tejkowski, who had denied the charges, was told he would be put on the sex offenders register for life.
Sentencing him, the judge called him a dangerous man who had shown no remorse.
The court heard that he attacked the women within a three-month period - between February and May this year.
Judge Simon Coltart told him: "Your actions have caused devastating effects, both physical and emotional, for your victims.
"You've shown not one shred of remorse or any spark of human compassion. You are a thoroughly dangerous man."'Appalling crimes'
Det Ch Insp Trevor Bowles, of Sussex Police, who led the investigation to catch Tejkowski, said: "The threat he poses to women is considerable. He has shown no remorse or concern for his victims throughout his trial.
"Tejkowski's crimes against these three women were appalling.
"All three victims showed immense courage and strength throughout the police investigation and during the trial.
"My team and I have been humbled by their courage and strength in giving evidence against their attacker, a predatory rapist."
