Sports star Pat McInally sells Winnie-the-Pooh collection
Former American footballer Pat McInally has put his collection of rare Winnie the Pooh memorabilia up for sale.
The collection of nearly 100 items includes Christopher Robin's own copy of the first edition of Winnie-the-Pooh, inscribed by AA Milne to his son, and his toy Pooh, along with the first American edition of Winnie-the-Pooh.
It also includes the original preparatory sketch for the Hundred Acre Wood, based on the Ashdown Forest in Sussex where AA Milne lived.
Mr McInally, who played for Cincinnati Bengals, lives in California but is selling the collection in London.
The artefacts are priced from £75 to over £150,000.
