Jimmy Savile talks Top of the Pops in last interview
As BBC North bids farewell to its Manchester studios to move into its new home at Salford, the late Sir Jimmy Savile talks about his memories of Top of the Pops in his last TV interview.
He recounts working on the iconic music programme and remembers how the it was filmed in a disused church in Manchester.
BBC broadcaster Stuart Maconie also adds his memories of the first Top of the Pops.
