Children in Need aids disabled teenagers in Tonbridge
Tonbridge Mencap, which helps young people with disabilities, received a £45,000 grant from Children in Need last year.
Emma Hurrell, 14, who has epilepsy and autism, regularly joins their Teenz after-school group.
She said: "They organise really fun activities, they don't do the same each time."
Emma also said the group had helped boost her confidence.
Children in Need has supported 19 Kent projects in the past year, awarding more than £866,000.
BBC South East will be live at Bluewater in Kent Children in Need on 18 November.
