Donington Park motor racing circuit has appointed a new managing director.
Christopher Tate, who has been in the motorsport industry for more than 30 years, has taken up the post.
The Leicestershire motor racing venue reopened in 2010 under new management after a project to host the British Formula 1 Grand Prix collapsed.
It was recently granted permission to stage 60 race days per year from North West Leicestershire District Council on the new 2.5 mile (4km) long circuit.
Owner Kevin Wheatcroft took over the management of the circuit in 2010 and remains on the board as executive chairman.
He is the son of the circuit's founder Tom Wheatcroft, who passed away two years ago.
