Otter cull call to protect fish

There are calls to allow owners of commercial fisheries to cull otters because they are eating too many fish.

It is claimed the angling industry has been badly affected by the policy of reintroducing the mammals to UK waterways.

Otters are currently a protected species and conservationists say anglers have to respect the law.
