Five men and a woman, from Kettering in Northamptonshire, have been found not guilty of using Eastern European migrants as slave labourers.

The six, who were cleared at Northampton Crown Court, employed the migrants to pick leeks in fields in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

Defence lawyers say the case has cost the British taxpayer more than £3m.

Joel Mapp reports.
