A new factory in Bristol has started production on part of the next generation of wings used on passenger planes.
The backbone of the wing, called the spar, is made at a new factory near Avonmouth by GKN. They enable the planes to use less fuel and feature on the Airbus A350.
The technology has secured 300 jobs at Avonmouth.
