Henry Webster's mother says school attack was "preventable"

Liz Webster the mother of a boy who was attacked at school with a hammer says the attack was "preventable".

Henry Webster, then 15, suffered three skull fractures in the attack by a group of Asian youths in 2007.

She told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire "they shouldn't have been able to behave like this...if it had been dealt with properly it was preventable".
