Help

A toddler who was just a month old when he had a heart transplant has been reunited with hospital staff who helped to save his life.

Tom Stacey's parents had no idea how ill he was when they rushed him to accident and emergency at Colchester General Hospital in Essex when he was eight days old.

Tom, who is now 20 months old, was the youngest boy in Britain to have a heart transplant.

Kim Riley met the family.
