David Cameron: UK Iraq aid plans must be 'flexible'

Prime Minister David Cameron has said that the UK's plans for delivering aid to displaced Iraqis must be "flexible enough to respond" to what is a developing situation.

Thousands have fled their homes in recent weeks, desperate to escape the advance of Islamic State (formerly known as Isis) militants.
