David Cameron pledge to stop 'evil' of child mutilation

British Prime Minister David Cameron has spoken out against the "preventable evil" of female genital mutilation (FGM) and forced marriage, as an international summit on the issue opened in London.

He also announced that parents in the UK will face prosecution if they fail to stop their daughters undergoing FGM.
