UK Syria fighters 'normal teenagers'

23 June 2014 Last updated at 07:52 BST

Two British brothers who have travelled to Syria to become jihadists have been described as normal teenagers with "nothing that suggested that they would go down the route that they went down."

Nasser and Aseel Muthana's family have said they are "heartbroken" after Nasser appeared in an apparent recruitment video for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isis).

Sheikh Zane Abdo from the South Wales Islamic Centre in Cardiff knows the brothers.
