UK floods: Government should 'put money where mouth is'

MPs say the government got its spending priorities wrong before this winter's floods in England and Wales.

The Commons Environment Committee says not enough money was made available for dredging and that the funding is still "at a bare minimum".

Sue Sayer was flooded out of her home in Moorland earlier this year for the second time. She says the government must listen to the select committee.
