Bus uses radar and camera to detect cyclists

Technology that alerts bus drivers when a cyclist is riding in the vehicle's blind spot is undergoing its first full trial in the UK - on roads in Bristol.

Late last year, the number of cyclists killed on our roads, especially in London, sparked a national debate on road safety.
