Sister of Paul Dunham 'devastated' at US extradition

23 May 2014 Last updated at 12:39 BST

The sister of Paul Dunham, who has been extradited to the US alongside his wife to face fraud charges, says she is "devastated."

Paul and Sandra Dunham were handed over to US Marshalls at Heathrow airport and departed on a flight on Thursday afternoon.

The couple, who previously threatened to commit suicide if the extradition went ahead, were admitted to hospital last week after apparently taking an overdose of medication.

Sandra Watts, Paul's sister, told BBC Radio 5 live's Drive: "I just feel utterly lost, helpless. I can't stop thinking about them."
