Freddie Starr traumatised by police inquiry

6 May 2014 Last updated at 14:22 BST

Freddie Starr's lawyer Dean Dunham says the comedian has been 'traumatised' by the 19-month-long police inquiry into allegations of sexual assault against the comedian.

Mr Dunham appeared alongside a visibly shaken Mr Starr to express his relief that the inquiry had been dropped without charges.

Mr Dunham said the matter would not be allowed to rest as the police had questions to answer about the way the investigation had been handled.
