Recruiting Britain's future farmers

The farming industry has been concerned about a shortage of young people taking up the trade for some time.

Research from Lantra, the UK's Skills council, has previously suggested that tens of thousands of new farmers are needed to plug the gap.

But how do you encourage people into a job traditionally associated with early mornings, bad weather and low pay?
