Runa Khan charged with distributing terrorist material

A 34-year-old woman from Luton has been charged with distributing terrorist publications following an investigation by counter-terrorism officers.

Runa Khan, of Maple Road West, Luton, was charged with four counts of distributing the material between July and September last year.

She was held by officers from the Met's counter-terrorism command, SO15, and local police, in Luton on 4 December.

She was bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 20 March.
