17 February 2014 Last updated at 22:37 GMT

The Environment Agency has said there could be more flooding along the River Thames in Berkshire and Surrey in the next few days, even though the situation there is generally improving.

It has lifted all the severe flood warnings in the area, but two others affecting the Somerset Levels are still in place.

Prime Minister David Cameron has promised £10m to help businesses recover.

The BBC's Jon Kay reports from Devon, where attempts are being made to repair an important tourist attraction damaged by the weekend storms.
