UK floods: 'Living in a hotel because of Thames floods'

13 February 2014 Last updated at 09:57 GMT

Tens of thousands of homes are without power and commuters are facing major travel disruption after hurricane-force winds battered the UK.

Severe flood warnings remain for Berkshire, Surrey and Somerset - all already hit by severe flooding.

Speaking to the BBC's Charlie Stayt in Staines-upon-Thames, flood evacuee Sue Hewett said she and her family were living in a hotel, and had not been home for three days.
