Counting the cost of UK flood crisis

12 February 2014 Last updated at 17:12 GMT

There will be "no penny pinching" when it comes to funding flood relief efforts, David Cameron has said as he announced extra financial help.

The BBC's Vicki Young reports on the financial impact of the flooding crisis.
