Cameron visits flooded South West

David Cameron has been visiting parts of the South West badly affected by the recent heavy rain and devastating storm surges.

The prime minister went to Devon, Dorset and Cornwall, all of which have been badly affected, and he has also been talking to business leaders and rail bosses.
