UK floods: Lord Smith defends response to Somerset floods

The head of the Environment Agency says the organisation does not have a "limitless amount of money" to tackle flooding.

People in Somerset have complained that a lack of river dredging by the Environment Agency has worsened the situation.

But Lord Smith said his top priority is to save lives, with homes and business second.
