Soggy Britain still dealing with serious flooding

The Environment Secretary, Owen Paterson is to chair another meeting of the Government's COBRA emergency committee on Thursday afternoon to discuss the continuing flooding.

The Minister says water levels are still rising in many areas, with Somerset, and communities along the Thames in Surrey, Berkshire and Oxfordshire most at risk.
