Part of cliff collapses into sea in Hastings

4 January 2014 Last updated at 12:34 GMT

Part of the cliff at Rock-a-Nore in Hastings has collapsed into the sea because of the force of the storm that has been battering the South East.

Stunned members of the public watched as it broke away on Friday afternoon.

Kevin Ice, who filmed the collapse, said he had never seen anything like it.

"Luckily there was no-one around past the railings where we were."
