4 January 2014 Last updated at 22:50 GMT

Storms and high tides have left hundreds of homes flooded across the UK, from Cornwall to West Wales and Scotland.

There are warnings of more flooding as the Environment Agency advises people to avoid coastal paths and promenades.

Meanwhile the search for a Devon teenager who has been missing since Thursday has been called off for a second night.

Harry Martin, 18, from Membland, Newton Ferrers, has not been seen since he left home to take photographs of stormy seas.

Jon Kay reports.
